What does Mercy in Action do in the Philippines?

It all began 30 years ago when John and Allison Todd had a ‘chance’ encounter with 5 boys living on the street while on a trip to the Philippines. They gave them a meal of chicken and rice, unaware that would become the start of Mercy in Action. Serving the hungry, abandoned and homeless is at the heart of what we do.
