Location: Winchcombe

Hours: 14 hours per week, alternate Saturdays

Pay Rate: £12.88/hour

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support the Shop Manager in running our Winchcombe shop. You will help drive sales, manage stock, and lead a team of volunteers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving sales targets and maximising Gift Aid contributions

• Support stock management, pricing, and merchandising standards

• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers

• Help organise cover for staff and volunteer absence

• Attend team meetings and relevant training

Person Specification:

• Strong organisational and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred

• Ability to motivate and manage a team of volunteers
