Housing and Support: Young Mothers

Bath/Trowbridge
Petra provides a nurturing home for up to five young mothers and their babies who would otherwise be facing homelessness. We provide housing and support to enable young parents to build confidence and prepare for independent living.

Our life skills programme includes –

  • Cooking
  • Budgeting
  • Parenting support
  • Health and well being

Who can apply?
Women who are:

  • Age 25 or under
  • Homeless or facing homelessness
  • Mothers or pregnant
  • Currently living in the B&NES area

NEET Young men

Petra – Oxford

Housing up to six NEET (not in work, education or training) young men who are homeless or facing homelessness. We have a six bed house to house NEET homeless young men. We will provide them with safe and secure accommodation whilst they are supported by Petra staff to gain life skills; to access education, training or work; and ultimately to be supported to move on to independent living.

  • Access work, education and training
  • Health and well being

Who can apply?
Men who are:

  • Age 25 or under
  • Homeless or facing homelessness
  • NEET – Not in work, Education or training
  • Currently living in the Oxfordshire area
